After road testing nearly every truck on the market, I fell in love with the 2020 Dodge Ram. I went to several different Chrysler dealerships in the Charlotte area, with Gastonia being among them. I decided to purchase from Gastonia Chrysler because they had an incredible inventory, having trucks I hadn't even seen at other dealerships, and with unbeatable prices. Trust me, I did my shopping around, these guys were easily $2-4 thousand cheaper than competitor dealerships, and, again, with a more vast inventory. Carlos Ratto was my salesman, and he was fantastic. I said I wanted a Ram, what I didn't say was how indecisive I was in which trim I wanted, and with what features. Instead of pushing one vehicle or another, or making me feel rushed to pick something (which he easily could have done given the state of the country right now with COVID-19), Carlos was calm and patient with me. He pointed out the features each truck had or didn't have, and let me pick. He let me road test the trucks I wanted to test. He even let me take it out for a spin without him, which was awesome because I felt like I didn't have the sales guy breathing down my neck the whole time. And he ultimately got me the truck I wanted at a better price than I had hoped for. Then I moved forward with the finance department and worked with Scott Bryant, who was funny and pleasant to work with. This was a great car buying experience, and I would definitely come back to buy again, and will certainly be referring friends and family. More
