She was not pushy, but definitely followed up with me timely and in a professional manner. Working for an insurance company in claims, I deal with dealerships on a regular basis. I can say I have never felt more comfortable and at ease dealing with a car salesman than I was with Barb. She definitely knows hope to build rapport with her customers and relates to them on a personal level. It was actually a pleasure to deal with her. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering all my question patiently. He was explaining me the difference between buying or leasing. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. An honest used car dealer! I went to Gator's trade lot on Palm Bay road looking for a used hatchback. I didn't want something huge, and due to financial constraints, I needed t I went to Gator's trade lot on Palm Bay road looking for a used hatchback. I didn't want something huge, and due to financial constraints, I needed to stay within a certain price range. Other dealers had told me I wouldn't find anything in that price range that would be good quality. I contacted Debbie, the trade lot sales lady, and went to see her. We looked at a couple of cars, one too small, the other too big. As if by magic, their dent repair man pulled up a PT Cruiser that had everything I was looking for, in very good condition, low mileage and was in my price range. We test drove it to an auto professional acquaintance, who assessed it and spoke with Debbie about it. I decided to buy the Cruiser, and the transaction was quick and easy. Gator corrected the things that needed attention, and I picked up the car the next day. A few weeks later, one of the front brake caliper cylinders needed replacing--Gator fixed it right away at no charge. Thank goodness for Debbie--she is professional, smart, fair and honest. Every dealership in every country in the world should have a sales lady like Debbie! Steve the manager is likewise a good, honest person, with a keen eye for vehicle assessment. This was the best auto buying experience I've ever had--you gotta go to Gator! More

My wife and I are from Orlando, and found the car we had been searching for (for over 3 months) at Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Melbourne through Cars My wife and I are from Orlando, and found the car we had been searching for (for over 3 months) at Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Melbourne through Cars.com. We put in an email request on a Thursday evening, and first thing Friday morning got a reply from Debbie Patton offering to help us out and answer any questions we had. We were able to make the trip out on Saturday to Melbourne from Orlando, and Debbie even emailed and called the morning prior to let us know that the car would still be there for us and we were clear to make the drive. Once we arrived (with a toddler in tow), she and the staff were all extremely friendly and negotiated with us to get us the best deal, and also quickly got us out of there without having to haggle all day (realizing we had a rambunctious toddler that needed entertaining). I would highly recommend Gator! More
