GREAT PEOPLE Most everyone does not enjoy the car buying process, that especially goes for me. Plenty of dealerships, plenty of salespeople in my time on this big Most everyone does not enjoy the car buying process, that especially goes for me. Plenty of dealerships, plenty of salespeople in my time on this big blue marble of ours, I loathed the whole process. Not anymore! I went in to look at a used Terrain, drove a new Cherokee, ended up buying the Terrain. Not because I didn't like the Jeep, I had my mind set on a Terrain. I pulled into the lot and that's when I met probably the best salesman I've ever encountered, Don Esindu. There was not a hint of "buy the Cherokee, look at this, run the numbers on that, new is the best way to go", none of that kind of stuff. No pressure of any kind what-so-ever. I actually had a good time, we laughed alot, talked alot, Don listened to what and why I was looking at the vehicle I was looking for (Terrain). I didn't plan on being there for the amount of time I ended up being there, most of it was not car talk, just talking in general. Planned on looking at the Terrain, then leaving and doing more research and looking around. Ended putting in the credit application, letting them know my situation, the numbers I was shooting for and so on. In the end got the vehicle I wanted, not the payment, but that wasn't any fault of theirs, it is my situation and I own it. Had a blast and actually can call Don a friend, very comfortable , for the first time ever at a dealership. How often can anyone say that. More

Repeated Bad service 4 visits poor service each time 1 st time I paid for a detail including waxing the car was not even washed properly 2 nd time I came for a free deta 4 visits poor service each time 1 st time I paid for a detail including waxing the car was not even washed properly 2 nd time I came for a free detail to make up for my last visit again the car was not only not waxed but not washed properly Complained to dodge corp and service manager lied to dodge. 3rd visit the nut that holds down the spare tire was crossed threaded, I sat for two hours, tech left tools in my trunk, was told parts would be in, in 3 days I was never called 4 visit called about parts from visit 3, was put on hold for service after waiting 5 minutes I got in car and drove to dealer, got the parts, installed them myself, and drove home, still waiting on hold service manager is aware of poor service but does nothing to correct each time I was there other customers were complaining about poor service I will not go back to Gator More
