We experienced an issue with our GV80 and was promptly attended to when we arrived at the dealership at 7am. The issue was resolved within an hour. Did not fix the problems I brought the in for to be resolved. Made me wait over 2 weeks to get an appoinment so I could have a loner and made me wait another 30 minutes to receive the loner. The case still is not receiving text messages on my screen -and yes I'm using cae play. Also, the temperature still is flippng back to celsius from fahrenheit. And now I thing the battery/ miles gauge is off. I am not happy with the dealership's service department and if the car doeswn't get fixed properly I will consult a lemon law attorney More
