My experience with the dealership service department has gotten gradually better. The earlier problems I had were related to employee turnover and bad handling of calls to people no longer there. I had spotty experience with the service department before, but now I can not even get a call through to make an appointment. Very disappointed when I was given a price for a GV80 Prestige and made to drive over an hour only to be given a price that was 50% higher. I don’t believe they were fair on my trade offering my several thousand dollars lower. My car is in demand and will sell about 15-20% higher than what they offered. The sales manager advised that I sell the car myself and come back. While they were somewhat nice about it I again was very irritated to have wasted my time going down there for a bait and switch.
