IF you can get anyone on the phone, after I mention that this is a concierge service and someone is supposed to come pick up my car and leave me a loner, I get put on hold, then told that they will call me back. I never get a call back. I had to call down there and ask for the manager just to get a call back. Then my car goes in for service, and when I get it back, the maintenance reminder in the car was not reset, the oil life was still reading overdue, and I am not even positive any service was actually done. The second time, again took forever to get anyone on the phone, then was told next appointment wouldnt be for two months. I said that was unacceptable so the manager came and picked it up himself the next week. The car came back serviced, but there was a scratch on my front bumper and my service intervals do not match the owners manual. Yesterday, I called to schedule and appointment and was told I would get a call back. Never happened so I called back 3 other times, left messages and never got a call. This is a $70,000+ car and I paid for extra years of concierge service that seems too inconvenient for them to handle. Not Happy at all!!
