The only thing was all that fancy technology kind of scared me and to be perfectly honest sitting behind the 2018 Lancaster felt like I was commanding a rocket ship. My sales consultant Jeff Calhoun managed to take some of that fear away. He explained things simply to me while I sat behind the wheel. He helped me set things that I needed immediately in order to operate the car and even set my radio to my favorite stations and downloaded my phone book into Bluetooth.. I was so happy with myself when I phoned my nephew, who was my negotiator, from my car to tell him everything was perfect. Despite the fact that Gerald Subaru of Naperville is 1 hour away from my home I would never hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends and neighbors.
