We are disappointed to know that you were not pleased with your service visit. We, unfortunately, do not offer free maintenance to our New Car Customers. Our dealership offers a Lifetime Power Train Warranty, not maintenance. The Lifetime Power Train Warranty covers the engine and transmission (all lubricated parts). You must service as Honda suggests and you must have your work done at our dealership for the warranty to be valid. We do wash every service vehicle, weather permitting. We hope you will change your position regarding our dealership and allow us to continue to provide you with the quality service you deserve as a valued Germain customer.
