Took my car in because engine light was on--they had it for two days (took that long for diagnostics). They did an excellent job selling the car. Justin was a good sales person and Nate did a good job working with us on the price. Jesus did a great job on the financing and paper work. I was unhappy with paying all the documentation fees to find out that they had screwed up my tag. I rode around for a month not knowing my tag had not been transfered. Not only that, but I got a tax bill for a whole year I wound up paying taxes for a whole month on two vehicles, one of which I had traded in. These kinds of things are not supposed to happen when you are paying professionals a fee to handle for you. I stood in line at the DMV to turn the tag in, not the dealership. I am the one who had to make the trip and stand in line at the tax office, not the dealership personnel. I was not provided a temporary tag while my new tag was applied for, which should have been the case. They let me ride around for a month on a tag that the insurance had been canceled on. A word to the wise: ask many questions when buying a car from anyone. More
