Was not impressed at all. Had to make appointment with two week wait just to get estimate on a cosmetic part. Once came foe appointment had to wait for a full multi point inspection. Yes that was nice done at no charge and the recalls checked as well. My issues is: the shark fin that was needing replace was 839$ and seat switch button 102$ was a little pricey foe me at this time and I had to decline this cosmetic repair. Once received car back my antenna was missing altogether, so now have no reception for radio. Your service person (Russell t) was a bit short or overwhelmed drom the beginning of this service call. He did say will order me a new antenna, but gave me nothing in writing just said would text when came in. I have no idea if part is ordered what or if i will be charged. I am giving it 2 weeks then will just take this onto my own hands and take care of this. I believe your company has gotten way to big and now employees are the ones stressed and dealing with far more work each day. Good service once I got in-waited 3 weeks for an oil change. Took 3 phone calls to get an appt.-twice no one picked up and third time I left a message and they finally called me back. They did an oil change, tire rotation, vacuumed front floor mats, and applied a coating to my brakelines (recall on my 2016 Kia Forte).
