I'm 4 months into a losing battle. I have a 2017 kia optima turbo under 60k mi, and was still under bumper to bumper until sept 2022. I brought the car to them to have the air conditio I have a 2017 kia optima turbo under 60k mi, and was still under bumper to bumper until sept 2022. I brought the car to them to have the air conditioning looked at and it was fixed under warranty back in July. About a week later my engine started to knock and my car died in the middle of an intersection out of nowhere. I immediately called them to get it back in to be looked at while still under warranty. They assessed I needed a whole new engine but refused to cover it under warranty. I took it to Kia corporate who after two rounds of review denied my warranty claim. Their verbiage was the exact same words that the service department of this dealership used. Multiple contacts where the service department even erase their fingerprint from the Carfax records which they should not have done another dealership had to show me the collusion. Consulted an attorney but it's a losing Financial battle with them. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. My car is now red flagged from them and I'm on the hook for a multi-thousands of dollar bill that one of my two warranties either bumper to bumper or powertrain should absolutely have covered. They blame the consumer when in fact the car was in there not a week before and they documented on Carfax having checked everything as well as even having changed the oil. I wrote this review once before and was threatened to take it down. Now there's no leverage, so up it goes again. Disgusting it comes to this. A consumer's only recourse is to warn others. More

I give Ronnie in the service department the greatest compliment. He was extremely polite and attentive.. Javier is a disgrace and a waste of time.. he spent mare time looking at his phone and playing compliment. He was extremely polite and attentive..
