Very pleased with service center yesterday. They informed me that the serpentine belt was wearing and that it should be changed. As I drive a lot I sure didn't want to be stuck on the road so They informed me that the serpentine belt was wearing and that it should be changed. 1) This is the second replacement on same air conditioner part in less than 3 years. 2) Rental car - upon return - manager accused me of having pet in car - pet hair was on clothing, dirt from conditioner part in less than 3 years. 2) Rental car - upon return - manager accused me of having pet in car - pet hair was on clothing, dirt from shoes WAS NOT MUD. 3) Adam Arredondo in service dept. was professional, and provided useful information. 4) Deluca's customer since 2006 - staff, service, sales were why I kept returning - lived up to their customer service commitment. I requested the my Tundra that I bought at Deluca have the transmission fluid changed at the 75K mile mark. I was charged and told the fluid was changed. Now, at 137K mark, I asked if the tranny fluid sho the transmission fluid changed at the 75K mile mark. I was charged and told the fluid was changed. Now, at 137K mark, I asked if the tranny fluid should be changed again. I was lied to and told that the tranny fluid isn't changed until the 150K mark and that there was no record of changing my tranny fluid at the 75K mile mark. I don't like being charged for services that I think I received when I did not. They are losing their quality and customer care standards at Deluca. More
The serviced I received on my recent visit could not have been any better! It was right on the scheduled time in and finished.
