I only have one issue. I picked up my new RAVA on Sat. 12-16-23 I left the dealership and went to the grocery store. Finished shopping. And when I came out of the store it I picked up my new RAVA on Sat. 12-16-23 I left the dealership and went to the grocery store. Finished shopping. And when I came out of the store it was raining, I tried to activate. the rear hatch, it would not open by now I am wet and so are my groceries. When I got home I called Nuri and she had me come to the dealership on Su, 12-17-23. She explained that it had not been set up right. Everything is good now and I Love my RAVA. More

Would not recommend . Started off by telling me incorrect interior color. Very misleading from first phone call. I still bought the car, only gave me 1 finance option and I have really good credit, felt rushed w finance. Picked up car, they did not do what they said, supposed to have 4 new tires, they only put 1 on. Also did not give registration until I called 10 times and demanded someone send it. Then, they sent me a registration with wrong tag number. Terrible experience. Oh- also they say do a 160'point inspection and tell you it's a good car, I guess they don't check door locks. Terrible . More
