I have had an ongoing issue with my 2021 GMC Acadia that I purchased at Gjovk. After a couple of thousand miles, when my engine burns between a half and a full quart of oil, I will get a low oil warning. Od I purchased at Gjovk. After a couple of thousand miles, when my engine burns between a half and a full quart of oil, I will get a low oil warning. Odd thing is I still have plenty of oil in the car but none on the dip stick. The dealership has had me change the oil a couple of weeks after an oil change so they can record the findings but when checking back with GM they have no record of any investigations being opened or done as to what the issue is. Then today I decided to change my own air filter but stopped when I noticed that there are screws missing from the air filter housing. News alert, I have never opened it and the dealership is the only place I have taken my car to since I bought it. I would like to think the dealership is looking out for me but when they don’t put a car back together, nor help diagnose an ongoing issue, I say it is time to fire Gjovky. More

Great service. We brought our Acadia in for an oil change and an issue with the ignition button not completely turning the car off. We found out though that the appointment was not booked in their computer. They said they would try their best to get the oil change in and hopefully check the other issue the same day. As always, Gjovik has always come through. They did both all in the same day. They work so hard to please their customers and make things right. We've had them fit in both our cars for oil changes before as well. Always been happy with their service department. Will continue coming here with our GMC's. More

Make sure they do the work they missed a light that was missin not even there during an inspection. They checked the box that days they looked at lights so now I wonder did they check the fluids and everyt missin not even there during an inspection. The service department performed very poorly. The told me that my truck would be ready at 12 noon and when I showed up at 3pm to pick it up it was still being worked on. the service scheduler tol The told me that my truck would be ready at 12 noon and when I showed up at 3pm to pick it up it was still being worked on. the service scheduler told me that it was the mechanic's fault and did not know why they did not start working on it in the morning. The parts that they replaced did not correct the issue. They blamed it on GM protocol. I spoke to Fred, dealership manager, the day I picked the truck up. He told me that he would look into the issue and call me back. I never hear back from him. More
