Rich Jennings has been a consistent, trustworthy, supportive representative at Glen Toyota. I brought my 2004 Corolla in for basic service, and he recommended two new tires and engine and cabin filte supportive representative at Glen Toyota. I brought my 2004 Corolla in for basic service, and he recommended two new tires and engine and cabin filters. I decided to get the tires at a local tire place because the price was very good, but they tried to talk me into 4 tires and said I might need an alignment. I called Rich several times, and each time, he cheerfully responded to my concerns. He even emailed me a copy of the alignment check and insisted I did not need an alignment. I only got the two tires that I needed from the tire place and then brought the car back to Glen Toyota for the filters. Rich gave me a good discount on the filters and told me the car is all set! More
