Waited 4 hours for a diagnostic check and wasn’t until I complained to a familiar face (Bruce R.) that i was taken care of! When I called and made an appointment, I assumed that my LOF included a rotate and 27pt MPVI and wasn’t even told that this service wouldn’t be apart of the maintenance. I wasn’t even up sold on a rotation LOF included a rotate and 27pt MPVI and wasn’t even told that this service wouldn’t be apart of the maintenance. I wasn’t even up sold on a rotation which is typically needed with every oil change. Then I mentioned an issue with my key not locking/unlocking I was told there wasn’t an issue with the key but I clearly stated it was intermittent. My key is STILL having issues. More

Good...only I’m disappointed because this gentleman (don’t remember his name), offered me $1,000 to trade my car (2008) as part of the down payment (on Dec 2020) when we did the deal, on Han 15th he we (don’t remember his name), offered me $1,000 to trade my car (2008) as part of the down payment (on Dec 2020) when we did the deal, on Han 15th he went down to $800...I’m not talking about the $200 less he gave me to trade my old car...I’m talking about his.
