"HORRIBLE service & STAFF"

Svc for oil change; Edgar Felipe advised us battery need replacement & will take add'l 15min. He never came back to us after that. 2.5 hours later, when we approached him, he stated he's completing paperworks. While we caught him talking, laughing out loud, doing other things in the midst of this. Does paperwork should take 1.5 hours to complete on a service? If that's the case, the system has to be improve since the service didn't take that long. HORRIBLE experience! They came out with all LAME excuses. Bottom Line, customer waited because they were doing something else other than attending to their duties. I felt like we were pushed over because of our nationality and/or we have a loyalty service through them and discouraging us to use it. Your service was graded poor because of your Service Advisor, Edgar Felipe!!!!

"Outstanding service department"

Bought a new Nissan Murano Platinium tech. Pkg from another dealer west of Glendale. A short time after, I heard a huge wind noise & when I drove it through a car wash water would pour in through the back of the sunroof into the catch tray where it meets the panoramic roof. Brought it back in to the dealer & they diagnosed it to be the right rear door gaskets?? I did not want to waste Nissans money & my time so I brought my vehicle to GLendale service dept. I talked to John Petrie ser. Mgr. , he listened, cared & let me take him for a test ride. He then put me in a loaner car & said he needs time to diagnose the vehicle. In the end he personally diagnosed the issue with several test rides masking off the roof to pinpoint the noise & leak, found a defect in the pano roof replaced it under warranty & now it is perfect. John in my opinion is a true professional, no nonsense, get it done type of person & I thank him very much for all the time & effort he put in to correcting the issue. Also hats off to Jim Hutcheson ser. Director to his winning Service Team , where they all work together to get 1st class results. Absolutely outstanding!!!!! Steve A. West Chicago

Last week I came in and Chris service advisor helped me out had problem with blue tooth took care of problem this week came in was due for service Anna Service advisor assisted me and gave me great advice on my Nissan Versa 2015 with her knowledge and expertise And her cheerful service I would love to return to this location to see her advance as a Manger Also I wanted to thank maintence team for washing my car and always making it shiney and last but not least the TOP NOTCH mechanics thank you for doing the job right the first time and staying on top of things and marking my car safe to drive

Do not go here to get service on your Nissan. Came in a few months ago for an oil change on my 2011 Nissan Xterra Pro-4x and had to come back because the tech forgot to screw the oil filter access plate back in and it was hanging and missing a bolt. That was the first problem and I shouldn't have went back but I decided to give them another shot last Monday. Went in for another oil change and everything went smoothly, or so I thought. Was getting ready to wash my car today and noticed the whole top of my liftgate scratched up and dented and rear window washer fluid sprayer is loose and scratched. Looks as if a garage door fell on it or was closed on it. I don't park in a garage nor was I anywhere near one or anything that could've done that damage in the last few days. Went in today (Saturday) and there are no managers so I spoke with a service guy. Showed him the damage and he claims there's no way that it could've happened there. That's a lie because their bays have garage doors that could've and did hit it. Now I have to waste more of my time to come in when a manager is available. All in all, bad service and would not recommend to anyone.

I came to Glendale Nissan cause I had a recall on my Rogue. Erick Lopez was great to me. no hassle at all with anything. He went above and beyond his job. I think he is an asset to you company.The porters did a great job also. they were on top of things always. never making me wait. Nissan runs very efficient and the staff did outstanding job. "Nightmare - Do NOT bring your car to them"

I love my Nissan. I do NOT love this dealership. I had taken my car in to get two front breaks replaced. I had to take the car in 6 more times to have them fix things that were broken by them. The last time I took it in they admitted to leaving a PIN out of one of the breaks when they replaced them. The problems that occurred with my Nissan were common issues. This leads me to believe the damage to my car was intentional. - STAY AWAY FROM THERE. I know have shaking and new noises from my car that were never there before. I will be talking it somewhere else.

"Great Customer Service"

We leased our Altima from here and the whole process was great. Having to look for a car might not be a pleasant experience but at this dealership it was. Everyone was so nice and accommodating with budget. Not once did they tell us no! I go back every 3 months for service and have dealt with Manny most of the times. He is very professional and courteous. Gets everything done really fast so I don't have to stay there long. Even when I had a flat tire and needed a new tire and censor, I went there and asked for Manny and he helped me with that too. Love this dealership. Will be going back soon to trade in :)
