Made an appointment for an oil change, checked in and set there for an hour when I got up and left. I went to see Jason the service manager to tell him about this and he said that they were having problems all morning, why couldn't I get a courteous phone call telling me they had delays and if I would like to reschedule. I drive 45 minutes to this dealer from my house. I guess they figure there time is more important then mine. All I was told by the service manager was "I'm sorry" and when leaving, have a good afternoon.
Long story short, I purchased my vehicle here in December 2017. I went in for my first oil change and the service department, including Jason the Service Director, have the absolute worst customer service, from scheduling to appointments to loaners, oil changes, and diagnoses. I would take my business elsewhere.
Always prompt and courteous. Steve was super nice & explained all my fluid levels, tire health, etc. as the result of my oil change. When I make appointments they never keep me waiting. Customer Service is an obvious priority!
I recently had an excellent experience with Quick Lane. I had 40,000 mile service which included an oil change, tire rotation, engine air filter and a new battery. The Service advisor (Steve) was polite, professional and easy to work with. All of these items were completed in roughly one hour while I waited in the lounge. I will definitely come back and I would encourage others to consider them for future service needs.
Steve was so help when my key Fob was not working and I couldn't leave my vehicle. He helped me get the battery changed, gave me information about how often to change the batteries. He walked me through the whole process.
