We made an appointment for Friday afternoon between 130 and 2 with Ed. When we arrived he didn't remember us and was more interested in chatting with customers waiting in the lobby than honoring our appoin and 2 with Ed. When we asked about the car we were there to look at he couldn't tell if the vehicle was available or if it had been sold and just kept handing us keys to different cars to go and look at. He knew what we were looking for yet was not interested in helping us. The one car that was still available had a dent in the door that they weren't even aware of. We were at the dealership for over an hour they hadn't even looked at our trade in. When we decided to come back another time we were given our key and then dismissed as if we weren't even potential buyers. We had arrived on site cash in hand with a trade in valued at $26000 ready to make a purchase that day. Instead we purchased a brand new vehicle at Glenwood Springs Subaru because of their customer service and attentiveness to our needs. More

Made an appointment but everyone seemed confused when I arrived. Worked with three different people who all seemed bothered to help. The first person who helped me seemed extremely out of it. I asked the avg MPG of a car and he couldn’t even find it on the sheet and I pointed out to him where it was. THEN in the second car I had to show him where to insert the key since he told me the car was push to start. 2nd person to help me immediately left me wandering the dealership when additional people showed up and were interested in more expensive cars. Then had to explain what I wanted for a 3rd time. This man was pleasant but the second sales man came back over and took over. Although I stated I was not in a rush to buy a car does NOT mean I don’t want my time valued. Would not recommend it was an extremely bizarre experience. More
