Excellent Experience I received a mailing from Glockner Ford listing several scenarios involving trading my Ford F 150 for a new vehicle. The numbers looked pretty good, b I received a mailing from Glockner Ford listing several scenarios involving trading my Ford F 150 for a new vehicle. The numbers looked pretty good, but I was skeptical, thinking I would get the usual song and dance once I visited the dealership. Frankly, I had no intention of trading trucks on this particular day, but I was curious and had some spare time so I headed to South Point. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Aaron Williamson, I showed him the mailing and asked him to give me the low-down. He proceeded to explain to me that it was pretty much as it was written and if I wished he would look at my vehicle and run some numbers. To make a long story short, the deal Aaron offered me was to my liking and I traded vehicles in a very short time. In my opinion, Aaron Williamson is an excellent representative of Glockner. He was extremely helpful, not pushy and tried very hard to accommodate me. I personnally appreciate a no-hassel non pressure negotiation. The Mgr. and Financial person were also very helpful and made the entire process enjoyable. Overall, Thanks to Aaron and the staff at Glockner for a wonderful vehicle purchase experience! More
