I really liked working with Mercedes, service advisor, but disappointed with lack of promptness of service. Was greeted by several friendly service personnel. Very helpful. Fixed engine light problem on F350. Urea sensor needed reprogramming. Took about an hour. There was no charge and I was on my way. After my 2nd try still mot happy with the outcome. They dealer did their best. Still disagree that the backup sensors are working probably. I’ll call contact Ford to figure out.
