Very positive experience. Keep Skyler! Had no plan to replace my 2017 Beetle with a new Beetle! Salesperson Skyler was low key and offered me to try the new one. Service department awesome, parts department needs help. I purchased a brand new Jetta from this location and the experience was awesome. I have been bring my Jetta only here to get service and I have never I purchased a brand new Jetta from this location and the experience was awesome. I have been bring my Jetta only here to get service and I have never had a problem until the other day. My grandson was working on my 1994 Jetta and called to talk to the part department to order a part that he needed. A lady by the name of Nicole answered the phone in the parts department and was very rude and not friendly at all and actually hung up on him. I will continue to bring my car in for service because of the great service but next time I need a part ordered I will go with a different dealership. This is why you only get 4 out of 5 stars from me. More
