My family has bought multiple vehicles with Jackie. He is straightforward and honest. Jackie has repeatedly helped us work deals on new and used vehicles. I cannot say the same about his management. Wh He is straightforward and honest. Jackie has repeatedly helped us work deals on new and used vehicles. I cannot say the same about his management. While Jackie continually works for the customer, his management makes his job significantly harder by being hard to work with and stubborn. Despite working on this deal with Jackie across two days, I never met his management or even heard their name. They tried playing games by remaining anonymous. If my family did not have a history of working with Jackie, I would have walked away from this deal within the first 30 minutes. This review format is also very misleading. The entire review counts against Jackie, even if someone from another department was hard to work with. If I could leave the management a 2 star review I would. More

Tried to work with Danny, but he never answered a single email from me. He sent me the orginal “thanks for contacting us, how can we help” email and then when I replied 4 times over 4 days he never replied. email from me. He sent me the orginal “thanks for contacting us, how can we help” email and then when I replied 4 times over 4 days he never replied. About a week later, he sends me a “look at our specials and are you still in the market” general cut and paste email to which I told him “yes I’m still trying to buy a truck”. After that he still never replied to me after several more emails. Ali ever got were prewritten newsletter emails from him, zero actual help. More
