This was my first new car purchase and I was dreading it for a few months. But I spoke to Ramon over text and we got a deal in fairly quickly. During the day of, it seemed like there was a misunderstanding for a few months. But I spoke to Ramon over text and we got a deal in fairly quickly. During the day of, it seemed like there was a misunderstanding with one of the fees but he was like don't worry about it, we'll keep the OTD the same and get it done which was great to see. F&I with Andrew was pretty smooth, though I wish I had been presented with all the finance options instead of defaulting to 60m and having to ask for other terms. But overall, smooth transaction. Would recommend. More
