Great experience. I found the car that I wanted online and was able to call for appt to test drive it 2 hours later. Shane was great and patient with all of my questions. He actually answered a lot of them before I even asked. He went through all the features of the vehicle and went over the carfax report. The loan did not take as long as expected and Kash was great to work with on the financing. The showroom is really nice and comfortable. They even detailed my car so it felt brand new instead of used. Would recommend to anyone looking for an used car. More

Great Experience We looked for about 2 weeks at BMW X5's and did not buy because of the dealership, but because of the car. But, what a great buying experience. Shan We looked for about 2 weeks at BMW X5's and did not buy because of the dealership, but because of the car. But, what a great buying experience. Shane Sam was very professional and tried to be as transparent as possible. We got a fair price and everyone was very friendly. Some of the other dealerships would try to get me to commit to what I wanted to pay, but here they showed me out the door pricing and carfax before we even test drove the car. Then Shane took the time to show my wife the features of the car to ensure she was getting what she wanted. At the end of the day, I still hate buying cars, but thank you all for making the process a little bit easier. More
