In July I purchased a new Suzuki SX4 from this dealer. After some very minimal "haggling", they met my price and had me out of there with the new car in a matter of a couple of hours. I had no complaints and would've recommended them based solely on that experience. Fast forward 3 months to Hurricane Sandy and my beloved brand new car fell prey to the floods in my area. After visiting a few other dealers, for comparison's sake, I was left feeling disenchanted and annoyed. I returned to Great Neck Suzuki/Auto Expo, and within 3 hours, they had me out of there in another brand new SX4, with great financing and pretty much the same deal I had gotten several months before. RoseMarie was very willing to work with me, and Ronny took care of the financing with no fuss and muss. So, in a matter of months, GNS did very right by me - twice. More

After doing as much online research as I could do, I took a price range into the dealership that I was willing to pay. I ended up paying less than my price range. Great Neck Suzuki which is also in connection with Auto Expo may be the worst used dealership in all of New York. They have horrible customer service, when calling them about the car they sold us they act Expo may be the worst used dealership in all of New York. They have horrible customer service, when calling them about the car they sold us they act like they don't know who I am. A long with other issues, the car we purchased from them was taken to the BMW dealership and the told us that the cars tires were switched and the ones on there aren't for my car and a result of that my TPM light won't go off because it doesn't have the sensors on them that they should. Also this dealership over charged me for the car and changed the price of the car which is way more then the book value of the car. Right now I'm working on taking them to court, and I would never recommend them to anyone. More
