I am disappointed. I have bought and referred people. I got a new car and 2 to 3 payments in the front bumper paint was pealing. On a NEW car. I take it back advising of the issue, only to be told that it got a new car and 2 to 3 payments in the front bumper paint was pealing. On a NEW car. I take it back advising of the issue, only to be told that it appeared that someone attempted to buff it out smh!! I working in law enforcement and our integrity is held to a high standard. I would not lie about something like that. Till this day it upsets me because I am paying a lot and just want to keep my car nice. What is bumper to bumper coverage for if your only going to be accused of living. Why would I pay so much for a car mess it up and try to lie, c’mon really. I have washed my hands of this dealership and am truly done with them. More

Handed over the key and was told exactly what would be done and how long it would take. Well, I went into the lounge for coffee and waited awhile. After about a half hour I saw my vehicle drive by to the pickup area. I went outside and was again greeted by Getulio who told me everything was complete per my request and that the tech made sure all was in order.. I felt treated like a long time customer, even though it was my initial visit. Getulio did an outstanding job as advisor in a friendly, clear, and professional manner.
