Ollie was fantastic. He helped my wife and I purchase a 2017 Sienna today. I never felt pressured, he listened, assisted and kept the process easy. Great Buying Experience! I initially chose Green's Toyota based solely on geography! My son lives in the Lexington area and was purchasing my 2010 Toyota Tundra. Since I liv I initially chose Green's Toyota based solely on geography! My son lives in the Lexington area and was purchasing my 2010 Toyota Tundra. Since I live in Central Florida, the logical pathway, (to me at least), seemed to be deliver my Fabulous Red Tundra to Lexington and drive the 2020 Tundra back to Florida! I researched Green's Toyota online, my son visited the dealership and with the knowledge that they would undertake our project we felt they were the best possible choice in the Greater Lexington Area. After explaining my particular wants and needs in a 2020 Tundra SR5 Crewmax with 2 wheel drive, which by the way wasn't in stock in the Greater Lexington Area, Green's Sales Mgr. Josh McFarland searched Toyota's dealer network for almost 2 weeks before finding a truck that suited my needs. This entire process was orchestrated online, via email and DocuSign. It was a time consuming process for Josh and without a truck actually in hand we developed a relationship of trust that the truck would arrive as promised, at the price promised, and on the date promised! Which it did! Everything came together just as promised, we were met at the Dealership by Green's Sales Consultant, Collin Arter, who came in to the store on his day off to expedite the delivery of my new 2020 Tundra Crewmax. The actual delivery process took less than an hour, and the keys were handed over to me by Mr. Arter, who made certain that my Tundra was cleaned and ready to roll. Which it did- 893 miles back to Central Florida! As an 'out of town' shopper, many dealerships might have dismissed me as an internet 'tire kicker', really not worth the time to research or pursue. I never got that impression from Mr. McFarland or Mr. Arter, they treated my inquiries honestly and promptly. They offered me options and always asked if I could consider something a little off spec,, but never failed to accept that I was pretty resolute in my colors and specs. I'm very pleased and thankful for they're help and consideration, and in spite of the fact we are 900 miles apart I will always give Green's a first look at any Toyota product purchase in the future. More
