I brought my 9 year old Chrysler 300 on for some major engine repairs that were covered by an extended service contract. My Service Advisor, Colleen Sargent took care of everything making this ordeal as stress free as possible. I recently had the opportunity to return to Greenway service for warranty work I feel awe full that I am one of those people terrible with names I use this service writer everytime I go wether it is an oil change or warranty repair His ability to make the experience an excellent one is truly a gift I will always recommend Greeneay and the first service writer on the right when you walk in the door to the far left I wanna say his name is Brad but I really need to find out for sure. My salesman was excellent. Horrendous experience with the service department. Complete waste of my time. Didn’t fix the issue at all even though they kept me there 3 hours the first day...then held onto my brand new $55,000 RAM for 4 days while they rented a complete xxx vehicle for me.

"Beyond poor service"

I brought a vehicle in for service and experienced the worst customer service I have ever had dealing with a dealership. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone when you call the main line. There isn’t even an option to transfer to an operator let alone just leave a message. I was just having a 2012 Chrysler 200 checked for recalls and an electrical issue and no one answers when you call. If you try to go through the sales phone line, you get hung up on, twice. Because my quote to fix my electrical issues was over $1600 I opted not to have the work done so the recalls on my vehicle were subsequently not done. Over two days of horrible communication and then not to even have the mandatory recalls completed? I will never bring a vehicle in for service let alone purchase one from this dealership. You are better off driving over to sand lake and John young. At least they answer their phone. Customers beware

"Service rep hung up on me"

My sales experience here was really good. 39k miles in (3k over warranty) a bolt snapped off that was holding the idler pulley on. The broken bolt lead to the idler pulley snapping. With that missing the main belt comes off and you can't drive it anymore. This isn't a wear and tear part. It broke because it was defective. I contacted them and once they determined it was out of warranty they informed me they couldn't fix it for free. So far their response was expected. I started to nicely make my case about how this was due to defective materials and how using a few miles over warranty to avoid fixing it would make the difference in me buying a Dodge again, and the service rep hung up on me. So instead of the good impression I had when I bought, I'll never go there again. Not buying Dodge again either. Sold me a cheap product and won't take responsibility for defective products.

My car is still broken. It turns out that the broken bolt (which should not have broken) is in a position that is very difficult to get out without lifting or dropping the engine. I'm hoping Greenway has the tools needed to work around this design flaw. I'm getting a little frustrated trying to get in touch with the right person.

"Service department is incompetent "

The service on my vehicle for the lights have been a disaster! I’ve had to go to the dealership about 4 times to get the headlights fixed that have been done by a tech who don’t know what the xxxx is he doing!! Completely incompetent and Bryan the manager needs to hold him and Stanley accountable. I will tell people about my experience with you guys so they can take thier Jeeps elsewhere Juan Osorio
