Now that I am working with Andy Taylor, it's the first time in 4 years that I felt confident with my Service Advisor. In a nutshell, Andy is a true professional: he listens to the customer, communicates time in 4 years that I felt confident with my Service Advisor. He then took the time to explain the details of the repairs in order to save me money on a future service job. In customer service Greenway Ford has very good people working for them. Penni Couch was excellent. She answered all my questions, looked up prices and really worked hard to keep me happy. Prices for parts and labor are high and they offered free coffee but had no coffee. Not good customer service. We spend alot of time waiting there, they could at least have coffee and cold water. An organization is only as good as the people working there, and I can safely say that the service department is staffed with some of the most courteous and professional people that I have ever had the pleasure of encountering, which includes Andy Taylor. I am a hard working professional managing a multitude of different projects with a large number of personnel committed to the completion of those projects so my time is very precious. From the time I call Andy to the time my vehicle is ready for pickup, I know that Andy is doing everything that he can to assure that my vehicle will be ready for pick up at the promised time. Even when things don’t always go as planned Andy is always there making sure that everything that can possibly be done, is being accomplished to ensure the minimal amount of down time. After taking a look at my brakes, she immediately advised me with the best case scenario, taking into account the best quality and my personal taste. She was very impressive and knowledgeable. She displayed a great sense of professionalism. Furthermore, she was active and constantly provided me with updates, which made me feel like I was part of the whole process.
