She was outstanding and helpful throughout the process and continues to help my daughter with any questions or needs she has. Overall, Kenyatta is the best sales person I have ever dealt with, when buying a car. She deserves more than 5 stars, in my opinion!! More

I am very disappointed with my experience with Greenway Honda. I was interested in a vehicle that they did not currently have in stock but since they boldly advertise being able to either find the correct Honda. I was interested in a vehicle that they did not currently have in stock but since they boldly advertise being able to either find the correct vehicle or order the one you want, I was confident that I would be able to find the perfect vehicle. But in my opinion, once the dealership management leaned that I didn't want any of the vehicles in stock, they weren't interested in helping me. I was texted and advised that they are unable to order vehicles and can only offer what is in stock. No offer was made of finding the vehicle at another dealership or any idea how dealer allocation works. I got brief responses that basically said we can't help you. Why does the dealership's website have the order your own vehicle option and tout their ability to find the vehicle you want. I very hopeful that I found a reputable dealer with no dealer fees in a sea of deceptive dealerships, but it appears this dealership is no different. Deception and misleading sales practices. More
