I only came back this past time for the last service because I purchased my transmission through them. I thought I was having an issue. I've steady came back to this service center for many years for because I purchased my transmission through them. I thought I was having an issue. I've steady came back to this service center for many years for oil changes and whatever else I needed taken care of. A few years ago my daughter asked what I wanted for Mothers Day. I asked for an oil change and for my backup camera lens to be cleaned. I could see, but it was getting pretty dirty. ( again, I could see on my screen, colors and all- it just looked like it was dirty. ) I ran back late in the afternoon to grab my car on my work break. I drive home, all the whole not having to back up. The next day I went to use my car. I went to back out of my driveway and I noticed my back up camera screen was all white. I could not see anything. So I went from being able to see to a blank white screen. I called the service dept and the manager tried to tell me it came in like that. It 100% did not. I told him I bring my car in there for all kinds of service , spent thousands of dollars, so now I'd just make that up ? I literally came in and my request of service for that day for an pul change and back up camera cleaned. I was so insulted and honestly disgusted about the way they talked to me as if I had made it all up. After that, I decided that I have no desire to give you anymore of my money. This last visit you got lucky since I thought I had some transmission issues. The only thing positive I can say about this dealership is that Tony, my service rep was awesome. He was very nice, east to talk to, understanding and returns my messages or calls promptly. If I ever do come back in, I guarantee you, it's only because of Tony. More
