Made purchase in April 2022. Sales associate was not knowledgeable. Tried to charge me $250 for Zurich Shield. Tire pressure light was on because spare tire needed air. We just purchased a CPO from Grieco and we’re thoroughly disappointed with the unprofessional sales team at this dealership. Our sales person was young and we just thought he needed some training. After speaking to general manager, I now see that they all need some serious training in customer service. We had to follow up every step of the way and honestly had too many issues to list. We have owned 5 Acura’s and expect more from Acura dealers. If another dealership had the same car and deal, we would have gladly walked. My advice is to shop elsewhere. More

They offered me a fair trade-in value for my lease buyout, helped put me in the car that I wanted, and didn't try to force things on me. I spent close to 4 hours in the dealership figuring out the ins and outs of the deal for the car that I wanted, and I walked away from that experience elated, satisfied, and with confidence. My sales rep, Andrew, was phenomenal!!! I really enjoyed his transparency, willingness to answer my many many questions, and flexibility in figuring out a price that was realistic for my budget.
