In 2017 we bought our lease for an Outback Premium from another Subaru dealership in the Denver area. In January we started the process to get a new car/lease. Even though I made clear to the sales staff that I wanted a fair, straightforward, “numbers” based meeting I got the “customer” nightmare waste of time of sit and wait then up sell. Groove was the opposite. We started the leasing process in January, got a decent price but not ours. Then COVID hit and all leases could be extended 6 months. In late August I contacted all of the Subaru dealers ships in the Denver area again and again Groove was the only one to keep the process “customer friendly and timely. After 10 days of getting offers I called Rolly made the deal and to my surprise the monthly price we paid was $28.00 less than the Groove offer as well as $4.00 less than our 2017 lease. Vinnie who assisted in the sale and the finance team were professional and customer service driven. If you can’t stand buying or leasing a car, are leery of car dealerships or just hate the process go to Groove and the Groove Team will change your experience and probably in the process save you money.
