I'm not particularly fond of the experience, and my husband dreads it more than I do! We already had our hearts set on a Subaru after looking at one other make that was a possibility. Rolly was very helpful getting me extremely competitive quotes by email and answering my questions on the phone. A scheduling snafu (my fault) meant he was unavailable when we came for the test drive, but Nick was great to work with. Everything went smoothly, all the way through finance and taking or new car gone that day! We even had a 5-year-old and a baby in tow! A few weeks later, I came back for service and Love Encore with Brendan--another great experience! Brendan answered all my silly technology questions, and the service dept even washed the car for me! Everyone is so helpful and friendly, and it shows that they want to make sure their customers are happy! More
