The evening of Labor Day Monday I came into the showroom. I was greeted by a young woman at the desk. I was looking to lease a RAV4 so I went to their to look at the cars. While I looked at the cars and e I was greeted by a young woman at the desk. I was looking to lease a RAV4 so I went to their to look at the cars. While I looked at the cars and eventually came back inside and sat on a chair.... not one salesperson acknowledged. I am disappointed. I feel neglected and marginalized. This is my 3rd vehicle leased at Groove Toyota and this will not be my last. Things have been very difficult for all this past year and we are not in the clear yet. I came in not knowing exactly what to expect and was fairly vague describing what I wanted from Sean. He very patiently walked me through everything, including time frames and what all to expect. He was right on the money and actually beat the timeframe that was promised. There were no hidden agendas or promises, just Sean making sure I got everything I was looking for. Sean was very on point and customer service focused, delivering status and info prior to delivery without me having to ask. The entire experience was very easy and super fast. Now I have a new beautiful truck to enjoy. Sean has even reached out since asking how I am enjoying the truck. Again, go to Groove Toyota and find Sean - You will not be disappointed. Thanks Sean!
