I told my salesman that I wanted a 2025 Hybrid Grand Highlander with running boards because my spouse needs them to get into the car. They didn’t have one on the lot, so he ordered it. He ordered a 2026 Hybrid Grand Highlander without running boards. A manager agreed to install them at no cost to me. They said they’d detail the car before I drove it home but it was not really “detailed”. The manager sends out an email to potential new customers that you can contact him if you need help with your purchase. The phone number he gives is not a working number and he’s too busy to talk to you. They said they’d give me a loaner car for the day when I dropped the car off to have the windows tinted. The service person walked me over to an Enterprise Rental Car and they gave me a tiny Jetta and said it had 1/4 tank of gas. This car’s windshield was so dirty that it was hard to see clearly. Usually a dealership gives you a similar car to the one you have. I would not recommend this dealership. I regret buying my car from them. More

The service department disconnected both of my dash cams without letting me know. The dash cams wires were hanging from the ceiling. And car was driven about 2 miles after the oil change.
