I feel ripped off! I had a check engine light, my husband took in the car and they charged him $130 to check the light. $130 is a lot to be told the job is over a thousa I had a check engine light, my husband took in the car and they charged him $130 to check the light. $130 is a lot to be told the job is over a thousand dollars. I was just there last year about a recall on my cars engine and I honestly feel like this maybe apart of the problem, but because my warranty is up no one wanted to help other than trying to get me into a new car and I've one been in this one for two years!! I could see $25-$40 for checking a light, but for a average consumer $130 is a lot to loose and I didn't even get direction on which part would actually get my car working again to at least change one at a time. I just feel the situation wasn't handled fairly. More
