Ryan makes it happen I had an electrical problem with my Kia which wound up to be from an alarm I had put on the car last year. I spoke with Ryan who stated they were not I had an electrical problem with my Kia which wound up to be from an alarm I had put on the car last year. I spoke with Ryan who stated they were not sure what the problem was but 'we'll figure out what it is'. In a couple of hours on a Saturday, they did and Ryan, working with the Service men in the back, had my car ready to be picked up in an hour. He explained the problem and what they did to alleviate it. My spouse who has a Kia Rio takes his car to Gunther and has spoken about how great Ryan is. I found out myself and agree. "Thanks, Ryan. Poor customer service Made an appointment with Gunther Kia. Drove 1/2 hour to get there. Arrived on time and was told they did not have time to complete the service of my car. I verified that they would have the day previous, even being put on hold to be sure. I will NEVER spend the time, money on gas or energy to visit 'this place again. Customer service is really lacking. 1 hour of time wasted, not to mention time from work. I will frequent local independent mechanics and don't even think I would buy a Kia again. They are unorganized and have no regard for their customers time or loyalty. Don't walk.....run from this place. Once they make the sale, you are on your own. More

Sure I love my 2011 Forte Koup, and with all the proper maintenance, I plan to keep it as long as I can. When you have employees that care for you and look after you as if you were family... why would I go elsewhere? Thank goodness Omar Burgos took care of each of our distinctive different circumstances with ease and grace. I had a couple of issues with my newly leased car but no problem, Omar took care of each issue right away and with true care. I will definitely return to Gunther Kia and especially Omar Burgos. I should also mention they have a Great service team. Orlando Alonso has been my Service Advisor for a few years now and one if the main reasons I chose Gunther Kia to lease because I know I will receive honesty and excellent service.
