Sets the standard of what to expect from a great dealership. I have worked with Daniel on purchasing four vehicles so far and every time it has been great. Prices are fair and much cheaper than some of larger dealers in Nashville area. I would recommend you give them a try for your work trucks. More
Drove 10 hours round trip to be lied too Talked to Robert Tuttle (sales manager) on 4/14/2020 about a 2013 Dodge 4500 dump truck that they had in stock. He assured me that the truck was in g Talked to Robert Tuttle (sales manager) on 4/14/2020 about a 2013 Dodge 4500 dump truck that they had in stock. He assured me that the truck was in good shape. We agreed upon a price of $28,500 and told him I would be there on 4/16/20 to pick up. I asked him to have the front end checked one more time because we were driving 10 hours round trip and the front ends on these truck have had issues. I arrived at the dealership at 2 PM on 4/16/20 and test drove the truck and found out the front end was leaking and 4 wheel drive did not work properly. He assured me it was checked out and blamed the coronavirus for the lack of qualified techs in back. After more back and forth I told him we would still take the truck for an additional $1500 off to cover the cost of the possible repairs. He said he was not even going to waist the owners time and would sent the truck to the auction so I left. After driving 5 hours to get the truck, I still needed one so against my better judgement I returned to the dealership later that day to but the truck for the original agreed upon price of $28,500. I spoke to the sales person who was helping me earlier and told him I would but the truck but didn't want to deal with the SOB sales manager that lied to me. The sales manager, Robert Tuttle) came over and asked what the issue was. I told him I was buying the truck but not from him because he lied to me. He said ne never did. I told him he wouldn't even call the owner with an offer that was being reduced because of him error. He then told me that I never aske him to call the owner with the offer and I said he lied to me again. He then told me to leave the store and never come back because I threatened him. So this dealership would not sell a truck for the full agreed upon price but did at one point try to show me a new truck, seems like the old bait and switch dealership to me. More
