I bought a used VW Atlas from here and I highly recommend them. Mira was awesome. She made the process pleasant and smooth. Scammers. They tell you gps tracking cannot be taken off and it has to be paid for. Charged 1k. Told me sign in info to get tracking will be sent, but it never comes. Tried emailing and calling them, no one ever answers from the dealership. Finally says they will follow up with gps provider, but still no tracking info. Why even push the gps if it doesn’t work. Never buying from them again. ONLY RATING 5 STARS SO IT GETS SEEN I tried buying a car from them, the sales team would take 24-48 hours to reply to text messages. We finally came to an agreement on price a week later after they said they’d fix a missing sensor on the vehicle. I drove 6 hours down to purchase the vehicle for the agreed price. Upon arrival, the vehicle was still not fixed and in poor condition. They also marked up the price of the vehicle by 10k even after showing proof of previous price agreement. They tried selling me door handle film for 2k when you can get them on Amazon for 20 bucks. The sales manager gave me a pointless history of the company and didn’t do anything for me. I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle since they didn’t honor the price we agreed on. They wasted 24 hours of my time as well as 350 bucks that I spent on gas and food making the trip down to them. I purchased a few cars in the past and this was a total nightmare and by far my worst experience. Please beware buying from them. More

They have the best line of all kinds of Infinities, I bought a pre-owned Mercedes from them as they also have excellent used cars, the proce Timathy. I would had gave zero but they got lucky they got 1. After I bought my car I left more than 20 messages for my salesperson and he didn't reply back. I wish I would have never bought a car from here. whatever they promised me I didn't get. Please DO NOT by the car from here. Yes, the finance manager was very helpful other than I am not happy with anything. I was promised a full refund on airline tickets and other things and I only got half of that back. All lies my sales person Chris fed me to get there. Please do your homework before stepping into this dealership. I am very very sad and can't believe I made the decision to go here to buy a car. No one will return calls back after you buy a car if there is anything wrong with the car. I dangerous wire hanging by the steering wheel and now I have to pay out of my pocket to get this fixed. The worse service ever. Nick was very nice helping me but no one returns calls after buying a car if there is anything wrong with the car. Thank you!! More

I brought my 2014 Infiniti Q50s in for transmission issues and was looking to potentially trade the vehicle in for a newer Q50. I worked with Taha and the customer service I received was phenomenal! He issues and was looking to potentially trade the vehicle in for a newer Q50. I worked with Taha and the customer service I received was phenomenal! He not only found me the car I wanted but was extremely personable and went above and beyond to get my monthly payments within my financial needs. Most importantly, I never felt pressured into signing a purchase agreement I didn't feel comfortable with. This is a first for me!
