I visited this dealership at the reccomendation of my friend to check out Acura MDX.Cathy Varricchio earlier offered to bring the car to my office but My wife and I decided to visit the dealership.We wer friend to check out Acura MDX.Cathy Varricchio earlier offered to bring the car to my office but My wife and I decided to visit the dealership.We were very impressed by warm reception by mark.He gave us an excellent overview of car buying process and explained everything in detail.My wife and I were well informed about the available options before making the decision.Mark is truely a gentleman and a pro who is upto speed with all the technology.we took our time and returned later to buy the car.Chris was very friendly and helpful with the financing.Mark gave us tour of the service dept. and parts dept.We chose Acura over Mercedes and BMW and are very pleased with the car.We have returned to the dealership few times and have gotten the same courtesy and attention.We will recommend this dealership to anyone.I think Mark is one of the most smart and knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met.New facility on va. beach blvd. is really amazing. Considering this is the first Acura "experience" in over 35 years of car shopping/buying experiences, I have to state that Brendan Pease was instrumental in my "Acura-for-life" transfor "experience" in over 35 years of car shopping/buying experiences, I have to state that Brendan Pease was instrumental in my "Acura-for-life" transformation. I had previously made a decicision to purchase a 2011 Suburu Outback. For that car, I had relied on my tried and true method of research and negotiation because I truly dispise how a customer is "usually" treated by salesmen and dealerships when making such a huge purchase. However, at a recent auto show the new TSX Sport Wagon caught my eye and I wanted to take it for a spin since it's brand new. Yes, the car itself was the reason for making my final decision, but if it were not for the professionalism, courtesy and customer care exhibited by not only Brendan but the entire Hall Acura Team, the deal would never have been made (and I've been to other Hall's and did not have the same experience, so this is by no means an endorsement of the Hall franchise). Brendan exceeded my expectations in every sense of measure. If not for him and his treatment of me as a valued customer, I would be driving a Suburu right now (no knock on that car mind you, but not my Acura), and Hall/Acura would have lost both a customer and now a confirmed "referral agent for life". I've had one follow on visit to service and Brendan was not only was there to greet me, but he took the initiative to work with a wonderful Service Department to ensure all my needs were addressed. To Hall Acura, a hearty well done!!!!! Stand by for referrals....I even have one right now coming your way! More

Mark sent us a text letting us know they had a 2010 MDX available in VA Beach- SO we told the dealership in Washington D.C. we had to check out this other car. We are so thankful for Mark's text. The 2010 MDX from Hall Acura was in better shape and had less miles and was a certified Pre-Owned vechile. Our Thanks to Mark!! We will recommend Mark and your dealership to our friends. I had a great experience at Hall Acura. Brendan was great and the manager was also very good. I think I got a good price and a fair value for my trade in. The gentleman in the finance dept was very good as w and the manager was also very good. I think I got a good price and a fair value for my trade in. Brendan took the time to go over all the stuff in my RDX and helped me get all the settings right! The only draw back thus far is that it took them a long time to payoff my trade in. More

I purchased an Acura 2010 TL the first week in December online. I was reluctant to try the online pricing but it was the easiest, non stressful auto transaction I have ever conducted. I was able to purchase the new car at a very good price more competative than anyone else. Not only were they quick with the internet price but they also called me. At this point I put a deposit on the vechile and when I arrived the following Saturday from out of town the vechile was all ready for me to pick up with out all the haggling. It doesn't get much better than that. It was great and so was Mark Stonis my salesperson. He made sure that all my questions were answered before I picked up the new car and when I arrived. He was patient and took time to explain all the bells and whistles and answer all my questions about them. I have nothing but praise for Mark and his team on my purchase. I hope the service department is just a great!! I have already recommended Mark to several friends who may want to purchase soon. If you want the best ask for Mark Stonis!! More
The experience working with this dealership has started a relationship in which any person who enjoys great customer service and quality of work would take great pride. The service department, especially Brian, has always gone the extra mile to inform us of the progress for the services performed. I have given the highest marks for every category; however, there is one thing I would want the dealership staff to consider and that is to enable people waiting in the lounge the ability to access social network sites while using the wireless network. Part of my job requires these specific tools. I hope this request is taken seriously it would be the only thing I would change to improve any aspect of the experience. Above all I have never gone anywhere since purchasing our first of now a family of acuras and having them serviced at this first class dealership. More
Took the car in to get a recall completed on a replacement part. They offered a free car cleaning and vacuuming which I took them up on the offer. I asked them if they could clear the code, that replacement part. They offered a free car cleaning and vacuuming which I took them up on the offer. I asked them if they could clear the code, that recently appeared in the dash, indicating I needed a oil change and tire rotation because it reached 40k miles. I told the gentleman that my husband would do the work, that we just wanted the code cleared. 4 hours later they tell me they are complete with the work (thank goodness they shuttled me to the mall). They show me the bill, which should have been zero because a recall is free, and it detailed $70. I didn't understand and he explained that they did the tire rotation and oil change and I reiterated that I only wanted them to clear the message, not do the work. I told him that I don't mind paying for it since it was completed, however I did not ask for that. He gave me a coupon for a free oil change which was unexpected and very generous. We went to leave and saw that the tires had armorall on them, but they were still had brake dust on them and the car was not vacuumed. More
