My sister and I were recently involved in a car accident. Our car was totaled. We didn't have the energy or feel the best when looking at car dealerships. We were interested in the Acura. When we arrived at Hall Acura, it was already a whole different atmosphere in the most positive, uplifting way. Everyone was so courteous, professional, and friendly. Our Sales Consultant, Sterrick Frasier was so patient and helped answer all of our questions. We felt very blessed to have him as our Sales Consultant. The Finance Director, Chris Meyer, was so informative and helped customize our warranty and service package to best fit our needs. Also, the Sales Manager, Mark Self, was very attentive and worked with us on the Acura that we wanted. They stayed almost two hours after the dealership closed to make sure that we understood how the car operated. It was the most pleasant and enjoyable experience we have ever had in buying a car! I went into Hall Acura with less than perfect credit due to a recent divorce. They made everything so easy and simple. The Salesman, Mark and Salesmanager, Mark had prepared the all of the paperwork for the deal for my wife's MDX before we arrived...I hate the signing process. They had what the three of them thought would be the perfect car for me parked next to my wifes new MDX. The Keys were in it and it was ready for a test drive. The process was the smoothest I've ever experienced. The terms and price were consistent or better than expected and the signing process was smooth and quick. Even the coffee was good.
