Your salesman still owes me $200 after telling me a 2015 Camaro z28 was worth $74k and I told him it wasn't according to KBB using the Camaro vin. Dude hid from me afterwards. Camaro z28 was worth $74k and I told him it wasn't according to KBB using the Camaro vin. Dude hid from me afterwards. More
Communication was awful. They fixed one thing and broke something else and then charged me 5500 to fix what they broke. I came in for service on 4/19/24. When I say I’ve never seen a team go this far above & beyond, I mean WOW! I came back for an appt to have an accessory put on. Special bolt missing When I say I’ve never seen a team go this far above & beyond, I mean WOW! I came back for an appt to have an accessory put on. Special bolt missing (my fault). Rather than having me come back 2 weeks, the Southern Chevrolet team found the missing part, sent someone out to pick it up, & got the job done! Keep it up guys & gals! Very impressed with the outstanding customer service, team work, & overall experience! You all should be proud! More

I recently visited Southern Chevrolet for repairs on my 2011 Chevy. As a student, I needed my truck to be fixed by a place that specializes in Chevys. I was quoted over $4k, but I needed my truck, so I had 2011 Chevy. As a student, I needed my truck to be fixed by a place that specializes in Chevys. I was quoted over $4k, but I needed my truck, so I had the repairs done for peace of mind. However, my truck lasted only a week before displaying the same error. I returned it to the service department that Friday to find out why it hadn't been fixed. The service representative then sent a quote for an additional $400 to my soon-to-be ex-wife (despite our requests to keep our information separate). I received the quote about 15 minutes before closing time, and it stated that an additional part needed to be ordered, which would take 5-7 days for delivery. When I tried to approve the part, she had already canceled it, so my truck remained with them all weekend with no part on order. After making over 10 phone calls, I finally received a call from the service manager, Todd, at 3:15 PM. He assured me that the truck would be ready by Tuesday. I picked up my vehicle on Wednesday evening and paid $100.00 over the quoted price. Neither the service manager nor the service representative was present when I collected my vehicle, and they had someone else deal with me. The following morning at 8 AM, I received a text message from the service representative, stating that my truck was ready to be picked up and the price was $400.00. They didn't even know I had already picked up the car! How does this happen in a dealership of this caliber? I want some explanations. More
