I would not recommend getting service done here. I bought a car when it was still Priority Honda so I get the free oil changes. I also bought tires there, but I went today to get the free oil change and free tire rotation, and they charged us for the rotation. I mentioned to Louis when I called to make the appointment that I bought the tires there so it should be free. A note should have been made about this. Brianna White, the service advisor, said my fiance' should have mentioned it when he was there for the service. I believe that all of this could have been avoided if notes were taken at the time of the scheduling of appointment! I know it's only $37 but it's the fact that they don't look out for their long time customers. The only reason I take my car there is for the free oil changes & tire rotations as their services are WAY overpriced.

I called for a price on a taillight replacement for my Ridgeline. When inquiring, I asked about pricing and was quoted the price would be $196 but the item was not in stock. Part was ordered and delivered but referred to Service for an appointment time which was 1:30pm. At 4:30+ the truck was finally brought around and my bill was $307. Included on the bill was a labor charge for 30 minutes so what happened to the 2.5+ hours I sat waiting on the truck. In addition, Grossly overcharged and no respect for time of appointment. I could understand 30 minutes or so but..... not again for me!
