I purchased my 2019 Kia Stinger GT2 AWD from Halleen Kia of Sandusky in October of 2019 and couldn't have been happier with the entire process. My sales person Brandon was beyond great. He was helpful, knowledgeable and I never felt pressured. Felt like part of a family buying my car from Halleen. I moved to Findlay Ohio and still drive back to Halleen Kia of Sandusky to have my car serviced at their dealership. Highly recommended!!

- SorentoSince we leased our 2019 Kia Sorento not even two years ago, everyone has been great. We mainly only work with the service department for our maintenance. Since September, we haven’t been to happy. The car won’t randomly start. The battery is dead. Exactly two months after having the service dept look at and saying nothing is wrong. Here we go again. No lights are being kept on, nothing ! Now our battery is performing at 49% and they want us to pay for a $188.00 battery. The warranty states if you’ve had the car less than 36 months or the mileage is under 36,000. We meet both criteria. Why are we buying a battery when it should be replaced for free. They also need to get to the root of the problem and what is draining the battery. Not happy.

- TonyamI was initially there for the service department. But ended up purchasing a new vehicle. Both the service dep. and sales dep. were awesome. Dan, thoroughly explained what was wrong with my car and how long it would take to get fix. I had an intermittent issue with the car and this was the only Kia Serv. that found the problem. Out of the three that I took it to. While waiting, I was looking at some new vehicles and Justin suggested that I test drive one. Justin was informative, knowledgeable, and not pushy. All the things you want from a sales person. Richard , in finance was efficient and answered all questions that had. I don’t like writing reviews. But, this time I had to. There is not one bad thing I can say about my experience. Everything was excellent.
