I AM LEASING A MAZDA CX-30 FROM HAMDEN MAZDA. I WAS AND CONTINUE TO BE PLREASED WITH THIS DEALESHIP. ANTHONY WAS QUITE NEW, WHEN I WENT THERE AND ALWAYS GREETS ME BY NAME WHEN I GO IN AS DOES NI I WAS AND CONTINUE TO BE PLREASED WITH THIS DEALESHIP. ANTHONY WAS QUITE NEW, WHEN I WENT THERE AND ALWAYS GREETS ME BY NAME WHEN I GO IN AS DOES NICK VARGAS, THE SALES MANAGER. I HAD A BIT OF A HICCUP HAVING TOLD THE LEASE PRICE WOULD BE $428 OR SO PER MONTH, IT ENDED UP BEING $528 +/- BECAUSE OF MY CREDIT. RATING. ALTHOUGH I SIGNED OFF ON THIS, IT IS HARD NOT TO FEEL SUCCKER-PUNCHED BY THIS. WE TRIED TO FIND A SOULTION AT THE TURN OF THE YEAR, BUT NO SOLUTION WAS APPARENT AT THAT TIME AND IS NO MORE APPARENT TODAY (MARCH 1, 2024.). I AM STILL HOPEFUL THAT A RESILUTION CAN BE MADE. THE REAL QUESTION IS WOULD I GO BACK TO THIS DEALRSHIP IN THE FUTURE. THE ANSWER IS AN UNEQUIVICAL YES, BUT WITH A CAVEAT TO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN SIGNING PAPERS! More

Anthony was absolutely great through the entire process of buying my car. Since I left the day of pick-up, there have been additional things to address that I feel should have been handled before I left wi of buying my car. Since I left the day of pick-up, there have been additional things to address that I feel should have been handled before I left with my car (that weren’t all the dealership’s issues but several were overlooked by the staff). For example, I had to return to pick up my license plates, my registration had the incorrect name & vehicle color, and I’m being asked 5 days later to produce multiple forms of documentation bc the finance dept is having quite an issue verifying my correct name for my loan.
