"Customer service has gone down hill. "

One person tells me car has recall notice something for transmission. I call back to make appointment and lady tells me there is no recall on my vehicle. Then I get notice in the mail of the recall. Took vehicle in for recall. Efrain leaves without making Uber arrangements to have me picked up when he said he would make them. Said left me a message I had another person say they left me a message there was no message on my phone they made arrangements for the Uber to pick me up. Efrain calls me when almost to dealership saying he clocked out and forgot about me. Why when I have vehicle serviced no one mentions my air filters needing changed or it is not done with the service??

"Peter Fernandez an outstanding asset to Hamer"

I have been a customer of Hamer Toyota for over 25years. My last two Toyota were purchased from Hamer and both have provided me with outstanding performances. I was a teacher at Granada Hills High School and Hamer's proximity to my job made it ideal. Peter Fernandez proved to be knowledgeable , with excellent people skills and instills trust and confidence. After I retired from teaching 9 years ago,I still come to Hamer regularly to have my car serviced. I live 60 miles from Hamer. I tried Toyota dealers closer to my home but didn't feel as comfortable with the service reps . That's the reason I still remain a customer, because of Peter Fernandez.

"Happily Enjoying Another Vehicle from Hamer Toyota"

I have bought several vehicles from this dealership including several Camry's and several Prius's. The dealership has been very fair with me. I have made it very easy on my salesman, Reno Reyes, by asking him if he wanted to sell me a vehicle. The last two times I bought a Prius, and I knew that I wanted one; just not specifically which one. Both were very easy negotiations and Reno was a pleasure to work with; as was the finance person and everybody else I came into contact with. I baby my cars and only get service at this dealership, including oil changes. The vehicles have been very dependable and I have not experienced any problems with any of the vehicles, except what would be expected. They have been good about honoring warranty and recall work. I liked them so much, I referred my in-laws to them along with several friends. I have always recommended they use Reno as their Salesperson. I absolutely would recommend Hamer Toyota to anybody buying a new or used Toyota.
