He scrambled in the cold rain to gets keys and let us test a couple cars. He was never pressuring but always sweet and helpful while getting answers to our questions. Shopping experience We were on the lot looking at trucks and Heather came toward us and asked if she could help (it was her day off) and she spent entire day with us an We were on the lot looking at trucks and Heather came toward us and asked if she could help (it was her day off) and she spent entire day with us answering all questions, taking us for a drive, everything was perfect so we bought the truck. And she offered to deliver the truck because my wife doesn't drive at night, which she happily did the next day again on her own time.. she is friendly, professional and has a great sense of humor.
