Maybe because i've been in there many times i don't know. A big turn off to me is when you ask someone a question and the salesmen says i don't know let me go ask someone. All i want to do is walk out the door. But this hasn't happened to me at Handy's. Very pleased to actually get and answer. With my purchase of my new Toyota Tacoma my salesmen was Tom Young. With every Question i had he had an answer or told me about something before i even had a chance to ask. That is a big deal to me that the salesmen know the vehicles they are selling. Great job Tom Young and Handy Toyota. More

New 4Runner Purchase - 5 Stars I purchased a new 4Runner from Handy Toyota and I have to tell you they went above and beyond my expectations. Aaron Bachelder was my sales consultan I purchased a new 4Runner from Handy Toyota and I have to tell you they went above and beyond my expectations. Aaron Bachelder was my sales consultant; he was friendly, professional, and he made every effort to find the perfect vehicle to fit my family's needs. The truck was out front and ready to go. Which was nice on a snowy cold day. Once the vehicle was selected Kyle Ward the sales manager came out and greeted me and explained what was to come next. He was also friendly, professional, and made sure the deal happened in a timely manner. He was able to make the deal work even though my situation was not an easy one. I then met with Reg Howard the Finance Manger, it was a pleasure sitting down with Reg and finalizing all the paperwork. He too was friendly and professional and explained the paperwork in a way that made the rest of the transaction easy. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Handy Toyota for your next car purchase. Thomas one of their recon techs even said hi and stopped to talk while he was passing through the showroom. Awesome Customer Service at St. Albans Handy Toyota I traded my Rav4 for a 2017 Subaru after being a loyal Toyota customer because I wanted to downsize. What a mistake I made. After 6 months of owning I traded my Rav4 for a 2017 Subaru after being a loyal Toyota customer because I wanted to downsize. What a mistake I made. After 6 months of owning the Subaru, I was at Handy Toyota picking out a 2018 Rav4. Zak Longe was our sale person and he was awesome. I did not expect to take the Rav4 home that day but Zak made it work for us. He had the paperwork done in minimal time, the Rav4 was prepped and we were driving home in new Rav4 a few hours later.
